Photos, sizes and product information are to represent actual product likeness to our best ability. Please note product may look different from the picture due to cut portion of the fabric used.
Most kimono and obi for kimono are vintage one of a kind. Since they are slightly used, many will have small stain spots or imperfections. We try to describe and show them in photos as much as possible.
Orders normally ship within 3-4 business days. Once the order is processed, cancellation will not be accepted. By placing an order, you accept our return policy.
All final sale/clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the ordered items has become unavailable, we will contact you and cancel your item/order.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. The shipping fee will be estimated by the total weight and size through Canada Post calculator.
For orders shipped within Canada, you may choose
Xpresspost 1-2 business days guaranteed with tracking, and $100 insurance included, or
Expedited 1-7 business days guaranteed with tracking and $100 insurance.
Expedited is the most cost effective recommended option. Pick up is not an option. We do not have a store.
Orders to USA will be shipped via Canada Post also. (No couriers)
Xpresspost 2-3 business days guaranteed with tracking, and $100 insurance included, or
Expedited 4-8 business days NOT guaranteed with tracking and $100 insurance, or
Tracked Packet for small items 4-7 business days NOT guaranteed with tracking and $100 insurance
Orders to International destinations will also ship via Canada Post.

We accept Visa, Master card or Paypal secured processing. The orders will only be accepted on receipt of cleared funds.
Sales Tax will be added according to the province in Canada. Pac West will not charge Canadian sales tax to USA and International destinations. However, you may be charged import tax and/or duty by your government (you will be responsible for tax and duty imposed by your country).
Damaged items and discrepancies
Claims for damaged or wrong items must be made in writing within 3 days from receipt of shipment. We will provide you with a RA# (Return authorization number). For damaged items, please keep all items and packaging in its original state as delivered, email pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org for possible future inspection by carrier. Return shipping method is same as below by postal service.
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to obtain RA#(Return authorization number). Returned item must be unused in original condition.
Final Sale and Clearance Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping must be via Canada Post/USPS/Postal service in your country. Items shipped via a courier from USA or Internation destinations will not be accepted. Return items including a packing slip with RA#, choose trackable method with insurance and keep a receipt. Package carefully. Items damaged en route will not be accepted for credit. You are responsible for return postage.
There will be a $5 handling fee for returns. Refund to your original payment option will be issued once the product is received and inspected to be in original condition.
Refused or Undeliverable Package
Any refused or undeliverable package will incur both the original and the additional return shipping charges. When package is received back, credit will be given for the purchased item price minus both shipping charges and $5 handling fee.
